Cookies & tracking
Last updated 21 August 2026
This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, or social scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to — we do not store or read anything on your device in order to count visits.
What is actually stored on your device
| What | Purpose | When |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps you signed in | Only if you log into the customer dashboard |
| Analytics opt-out flag | Remembers that you asked not to be counted | Only if you use the button below |
Both are strictly necessary — one to keep you logged in, one to honour a choice you made. Neither is used to track you, and neither requires consent under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR.
How we count visits without cookies
We record that a page was viewed, along with the country, the browser family, and the domain that referred you. To tell one visitor from two on the same day, your IP address and browser are combined with a secret that is regenerated every night and never saved, then turned into a one-way hash.
Your IP address is never stored. Once the nightly secret rotates, the hash cannot be connected to you, to your address, or to the hash from the day before. That is what makes it counting rather than tracking, and it is why no banner interrupts you. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Signals we honour automatically
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we exclude you without your having to ask. Both are widely ignored elsewhere on the web, which is exactly why we honour them.
Exclude yourself
You can opt out of our pageview counts here. It takes effect immediately, on this device.

What we deliberately do not do
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tag.
- No cross-site tracking, retargeting, or audience building.
- No fingerprinting: no full user-agent, screen, font, or canvas probing.
- No session recording or heatmaps.
- No selling or sharing of data with advertisers or brokers.
We sell in-region infrastructure for handling other people's customer conversations. Putting a US advertising tag on our own website while making that argument would be the wrong way round.
